Every book in our collection is chosen with care — sometimes rare, sometimes worn, always with a story to tell. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and the occasional haunted mishap:
Condition of Our Books

Most of our treasures are used, vintage, or out-of-print. This means they may show signs of age, wear, or previous ownership (which we like to think of as character).

We do our best to describe condition honestly in each listing. We do show photos, but if you need more, please send us an email request.
Returns

7-day window: If your order arrives and it isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please send us an email so we can confirm the return and are aware that it is on its way.

Books must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made an error in the listing or sent the wrong book.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in the postal void, contact us right away with photos or tracking info.

We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a refund, replacement (if available), or store credit.
