Every book in our collection is chosen with care — sometimes rare, sometimes worn, always with a story to tell. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and the occasional haunted mishap:

 

 

 

Condition of Our Books

 

 

  • Most of our treasures are used, vintage, or out-of-print. This means they may show signs of age, wear, or previous ownership (which we like to think of as character).

  • We do our best to describe condition honestly in each listing. We do show photos, but if you need more, please send us an email request

 

 

 

 

 Returns

 

 

  • 7-day window: If your order arrives and it isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please send us an email so we can confirm the return and are aware that it is on its way.

  • Books must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made an error in the listing or sent the wrong book.

 

 

 

 

 Refunds

 

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

 

 

 

 

Damaged or Lost in Transit

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in the postal void, contact us right away with photos or tracking info.

  • We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a refund, replacement (if available), or store credit.
