"Sacred Arts of Haitian Vodou is a richly illustrated exploration of Vodou’s spiritual traditions, focusing on ritual objects, altars, and sacred art as expressions of faith and cultural identity. Drawing on essays by scholars and practitioners, it reveals the depth, symbolism, and beauty of Vodou as both a religion and an artistic practice, and was edited by Donald J. Cosentino in connection with a landmark 1995 UCLA Fowler Museum exhibition."

Condition: Acceptable. Some shelf wear, and some liquid damage (warped pages but no staining) close to the end of the book, but overall in good condition and can most definitely be read and treasured.
